Excellent staff, wonderful family stay. Room could be fixed up a bit, mould on bathroom ceiling, damaged wallpaper but the hotel is perfect for families. Nice pool and common area.
Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We truly appreciate the early check-in accommodations, the tips. Room was spacious and the whole hotel was very clean, including the pool area. Breakfast was better than usually are in these hotels, and the breakfast lady was so so kind. For the EVs owners out there: there is a 3rd party charger in their parking lot and their parking spots also have 110v outlet, which we used without an issue.
Overall another decent stay. This hotel was much more centrally located and I was able to quickly go out to get some food items. As with other stays, breakfast included. Rooms are nice and clean. Nearby you can find a walmart. A superstore and lots of fast food offerings. This location also has a restaurant right outside which makes that a convenient option.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very helpful. Great room with a super comfortable bed. Near restaurants and shopping and other services. Free breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Pool, pet friendly, and an in-house guest laundry. Great price for a great stay.
Best Hotel ever! The smell in every single place in the hotel was CLEAN!!!! exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. This is the first hotel we felt our dogs were welcome. Room was perfectly sized to fit all of our needs. Thoughtfully placed for pets. Amazing stay. 10/10 highly recommend!
I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the staff at this hotel. My wife and I stayed here while awaiting the arrival of our baby, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Wyonna working at the buffet was especially kind. She made sure we always had enough of everything we wanted and checked in on us often. She also got us a lovely gift to welcome our baby home. A million thanks to her There was also a staff member at the front desk who stood out. She had blonde hair, though I didn’t get her name. She was incredibly friendly and always asked how things were going, genuinely checking in with us each time we saw her. While these two staff members stood out, the entire team was incredibly kind and accommodating. These qualities can’t be taught, and the employees here are exemplary in every aspect of their work. Thank you to all of the staff. We will certainly be back
Great hotel. Great staff , very friendly breakfast lady . Breakfast bar not too bad, good selection . Rooms were clean. Check out was easy. A little far from airport but not horrible .
What an amazing place! All of the staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are extremely clean. I feel the hotel was a little pricey, but definitely worth it.
